    zenergy is a holistic wellness concept serving women around the world. Our mission is to empower, inspire and connect women to be their best health advocates and to support each individual on her unique journey.


    zenergy is a safe and welcoming invitation for you to connect with yourself and a high vibe community. We hold space for transformation and healing through powerful group sessions as well as one-on-one work.

    zenergy space is based between New York and Shanghai.


    At zenergy, we offer online and offline meditation, yoga, sound therapy, energy healing

    and a variety of health workshops and community events. Classes are facilitated by Elizabeth Schieffelin or guest teachers and healers, sharing from the heart. In addition to group classes, Elizabeth offers one-on-one health coaching, Siam Reiki energy healing, sound healing, and yoga sessions.

    What does zenergy mean?


    Zenergy is a state of being fully awake and energetically alive while simultaneously experiencing the sensations of calm and peace. Zenergy is the sacred space between all of the thoughts, ego, outer- and inner-distractions. In those moments when you have tapped into zenergy, you likely found sparks of inspiration, solutions to challenges, answers to questions, or have had brilliant downloads.


  • - Meditation -


    Sound Bath Meditation 西藏颂钵音疗

    Tibetan and Crystal Alchemy Singing Bowls create waves of vibrations that wash over your body. As you drift into a dreamlike state, the sounds create energy shifts on a cellular level to rebalance your physical body and harmonize your energetic body through your chakras. At times, bowls are placed on your body for intensive healing. The session begins with a short relaxation body scan and ends for most in a deep restful state. Bring layers of clothing or blankets and do not eat a heavy meal before.



    Crystal Recharge Meditation 水晶充电冥想

    We charge our phones every day, but how are we recharging our own energy levels? Enjoy a guided relaxation meditation with reiki energized crystals that you will pick based on your intuition. Enjoy the unique energy and vibration of the stones as they inspire and connect your mind and body. Intention setting and manifesting are parts of this session. Option to take home your crystal of choice post-session.

    Self Love Meditation 自爱晨间冥想

    With meditation, boost your creativity, positivity, and passion to access your zenergy state. This class will help you to connect with yourself on a deep level, reflect on what you need in life, and find a sense of coincidence and self-love. Session leaders incorporate components of Loving Kindness meditation and guided visualization.





    Breath-work Meditation 冥想呼吸

    Use mindful breathing to become fully present in the moment. Breath is the foundation of your meditation practice. Discover how to breathe deeper and improve your capacity to connect mind and body. Sessions vary, including practices like energizing fire-breathing, classic box breathing and more techniques.



    Gratitude Meditation 感恩冥想

    This session serves as a pause from our normal routines and a chance to acknowledge and give thanks for the moments, people and good fortune around us. Sharing gratitude allows our hearts to grow and generates feelings of joy and serenity. Positive energy has a gentle yet powerful healing ability.



    Energy Meditation 能量冥想

    Discover mindful breathing and stretching techniques to create internal heat and energy. Harness your own internal power and that of the natural elements through a guided visualisation that will inspire you to start the day on a high note.



    Meditation + Gentle Stretching 温柔轻拉伸 + 冥想

    In zenergy's warm and cozy environment, relax and unwind through deep but gentle stretches aimed at opening the physical body associated with your seven chakras. Following our stretch, enjoy an extended guided meditation.



    Guided Full Moon Meditation 满月冥想体验

    In this session held in accordance with the lunar cycle, you will tap into the powerful energy of the full moon. Each session is unique. Full Moon sessions are energetic but also grounding. Come with an open heart and mind. Crystals are used to enhance the meditation practice.

    Intro to Meditation 冥想初级

    New to your meditation practice? Discover basics of meditating, including posture, breath, and mantra. Together, we will explore what to do when thoughts come up, tools for building a daily practice at home and how to further develop mind body awareness. The class will include short meditations as well as plenty of time for questions and discussion.



  • - Yoga -


    Energetic Flow Yoga 能量流瑜伽

    Energetic flow is for you to awaken the body and set you up for a powerful day. The flowing sequence is linked to breath so that you stretch & strengthen your body and relax your mind. The class includes a short meditation so you receive the full benefits of the practice. This class is an open level class with modifications given for those new to yoga as well who have had experience.




    Prana Flow 流瑜伽

    What is the Prana? How do we connect with the flow, and what we need to activate to stop controlling it but float with. Sometimes, we can get confused about what comes first: the breath or the movement. Flow comes from the breath in the body, and the breath brings energy in. What’s the sensation of the flowing breath? The element of the body movement is the Prana transition.



    Restorative Gentle Yoga 舒缓修复瑜珈

    Restore physical balance and alignment via shoulder and hip opening postures along with breathing works, aiming to relieve pressure, contribute to deep relaxation and better sleep quality.



    Beginner yoga 基础瑜伽

    Beginner yoga is the foundation of your yoga practice. The focus is the alignment of the basic yoga poses. The practice is linked back to the breath so that the body & mind relax as well as your body-building strength and stretching. This class is for those new to yoga or for those who would like to refine their technique.



    Yin & Yang Yoga 阴阳瑜伽

    Combining both Yin and Yang elements in one class provides a balanced practice and can have a powerful effect on energy levels as mentioned previously. For example, if you are low in energy starting with some Yin poses can be a good way to get on the mat and into your practice. Alternatively starting with Yang and finishing with Yin will leave you feeling calm and grounded so can be a good way to practice if you are doing yoga in the evening. This is really beneficial for those of us who might tend towards competitiveness or striving in asanas



    Yin Yoga 阴瑜伽

    Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues, such as the ligaments, tendons, bones, and even the joints of the body that normally are not exercised very much in a more active style of asana practice. Suitable for almost all levels of students, Yin Yoga is a perfect complement to the dynamic and muscular (yang) styles of yoga that emphasize internal heat, and the lengthening and contracting of our muscles. While initially this style of yoga can seem quite slow, passive, or soft, Yin practice is quite challenging due to the long duration of the poses. We can remain in the postures anywhere from one to twenty minutes. Yin and yang tissues respond quite differently to being exercised. After you have experienced it, even just once, you will realize that you have been doing only half of the asana practice.





    Neck and shoulders yoga therapy 理疗瑜伽-肩颈

    Restore physical balance and alignment via a progressive sequence for shoulder and neck along with breathing works, aiming to relieve pressure around the shoulder and neck area, contribute to deep relaxation and better sleep quality.



    Slow Burn Stretch 舒缓能量拉伸

    Slow Burn Stretch class focuses on slow, smooth, controlled movements in order to stretch and tone your body. You’ll feel more connected to your body, as well as gain an awareness in how to move your body to achieve maximum benefit. This class is low-impact and will have a mixture of flow and cardio movements.



    Yin Yoga & Singing Bowls 阴瑜伽和音钵

    zenergy’s signature 90 minute session. In this gentle yet powerful experience you will balance your chakras and restore your body through deep stretch and sound bath vibrations.



  • - Founding Instructor & Coach -

    Elizabeth Schieffelin

    Elizabeth Schieffelin is an American Holistic Health Coach, certified by the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. With a passion for women’s health and empowerment, Elizabeth believes that we can heal our bodies and hearts through the foods we eat and areas towards which we focus our energy. She coaches entrepreneurs, executives on nutrition, stress and lifestyle management. She also specializes in prenatal health and serves as Birth Doula.

    Based between New York and Shanghai, Elizabeth teaches heart-centered Yin + Vinyasa Yoga with YA certified 200H+50H trainings. She is a Meditation and Mindfulness Instructor trained by the Kaivalya Dhama Institute in Lonavala, India. With a focus on the practice of Gratitude, she published the journal “I Am Grateful” in 2018. She is also a Siam ReikiTM Energy Healer and certified in sound therapy with Tibetan Singing Bowls from the Kathmandu Center of Healing. An avid traveler, Lizzy leads yoga and meditation retreats around the world.

    Lizzy is a passionate plant-based chef and founded several healthy cafes in Shanghai under the brand Lizzy’s All Natural.

  • Ivy

    Ivy is an RYT yoga instructor. She completed the TTC200 with Duncan Wong and continued with TTC120 Bikram yoga. She has also trained in Kid's Yoga, Kriya yoga, and Meditation course. Several times of Flow Arts TTC translator. Ivy has been traveling to Europe, USA, and Southeastern Asia and love to practice with a variety of teachers. She teaches Basics, Vinyasa Flow, Bikram Hot, Yin and Kid's yoga. She is a caring and inspirational yoga instructor, who believes "By doing what I love to inspire the people around me."


    Jayna is a 500 hour registered yoga teacher. She fell in love with the healing qualities of yoga and the beautiful connection between mind, body, and breath. Her classes are centered on creating meditation in movement, using asana to journey inwards and explore what is there within us. She encourages using the practice of yoga to connect deeply within our own hearts, to open it up to others and to cultivate a connection to the earth.


    Yoga has been a daily practice in Tamara’s life for the past three years. As she continues her journey to acquire her RYT 200 in Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow, she wants to share with others what she’s learned along the way. It is important to take some time out of the day to focus on the self and gain a deep understanding and connection with how our bodies work and what they need. In Tamara’s classes, through slow, controlled movements, awareness of breath, mind, and body will be combined.


    Diana is a qualified yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance RYT500-Registertion, E-RYT 200qualified, YACEP. She has been teaching yoga for over three years and has trained in traditional Hatha, Asana Alignment, Asthanga Vinyasa. Diana feels happiness when practicing and teaching yoga, inspiring her students to grow both practically and philosophically and helping them to release their tensions and find balance while practising yoga.


    Avy comes from Taiwan. Avy's teaching focuses on alignment, movement, and breath synergy. She is an RYT200 Registered Yoga Teacher. She has completed 35 hours Mindfulness and Awareness Pre & Post Natal Teacher Training and done 50 hours Restorative Yoga and Pranayama Teacher Training. One can find balance within flow, and strength within stillness in her class. Avy believes that yoga is not limited to those with super flexible bodies, but for everyone. By sharing yoga with more people, Avy aims for them to connect with their bodies, and become aware of their own true voices within.


    Nataliia is a lightworker (reiki and reconnective healing), a believer, and a full-time life lover. She is in a positive vibes business: spreading light, love, and magic.
